I love my garden, but it feels like I hardly ever get to go out in it. Keeping a blog at least gets me out with the camera once a week to see what’s going on!
My (extremely small) garden is mostly shrubs, small trees and perennials, but I try to squeeze in some herbs and vegetables. I just don’t have the patience to mess with a lot of annuals, but I love it when they volunteer! I am lucky to live in a climate that lets me appreciate the garden year round – even when it’s sodden and mucky outside, there’s still always something in bloom.
